Momo + Arduino + RGB LED = hours of fun!

Bought an Arduino board for school and finally had time to play with it this evening. SO FUN. ♥
The program I've made so far just changes the colours depending on where the cursor is in a window (left side = green, right = blue) and since I haven't figured out how to send y-coordinates at the same time as x-coordinates yet the red light just fades in and out.

Got a IR sensor that I want to play with too, but I have no idea where to start with the coding for that. XD;

brb, continuing to blind myself.

I have to buy a book for one of my classes.
This amuses me to no end. I am a Digital Media student; we don't use books, we have the internet!

But the two classes I had today yesterday sound like they're going to be heaps of fun. Really looking forward to playing around with an arduino board and VJing. :D

Not looking forward to today's class so much though. Urgh, theory D:


Also, hitsuji_hime wants me to cosplay a Zoid at Auckgeddon. I am both interested and appalled at the thought of this. XD;

I want the Tiger because I like Karl's Saber Tiger and it's awesome and pretty and I've always wanted a Saber Tiger model. But the Molga's are like half the price and there's two of them and I've always wanted a Molga army.

Took almost 7 hours to render it out (3x 2 minute clips). I left it going at school overnight and was so worried someone would log me out halfway through or something. orz
(also my rainbow coloured dock! :D)

Now I just have to add sound and chuck it on one of the clips, and I'll be done~.


Also, you'd think people would remember to take their id card with them when they go to uni on a weekend/holiday so they can get into the school. I've had to let 5 people into the room in the past hour. D:

Back at uni and I'm exhausted already. I had an essay due today. Did it all last night as usual. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be and I managed to finish at a reasonable time, but then I stayed up until 3am working on another project that's due tomorrow. orz
I also have a presentation+essay to do tomorrow (that's almost finished!), another project due on Thursday, and a reading to do by Friday.

I think I'm ready for holiday again. -_-
(I really shouldn't complain about it. I had the whole break to do all of that and I barely did anything D': )

I'm probably going to Auckland Armageddon in October and I want to cosplay Elena from Zoids. Except I only have one picture of her that isn't fanart.

So! Do any of you Zoids fans out there know if there is any official art or anything of her that isn't this (or the less-saturated version of that, or Camford)??

It shouldn't be too hard to make up the stuff that's not shown in that picture. I just want to know if there's any other stuff of her. XD;

I decided to host an oekaki on my site because I felt like oekaking (is that a word?), and didn't want to spam anyone else's oekakis with my horrible drawings. Except I spent all night fiddling with the layouts and now I want to go to bed without having drawn anything. XD;

I almost finished building my GN-X model last night (just have to do the shield and gun now). I started trying to figure out a neat pose to put it in but all the interesting poses I came up with would require an action base, which I am too cheap to buy.

And then I figured out the best pose.
